3. Booking and Quotes

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote constitutes a binding agreement. Changes to agreed work may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of satisfactory work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and may offer payment plans for larger projects.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

All work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise specified. Emergency repairs carry a 30-day guarantee. Warranties cover workmanship but exclude normal wear and tear.

6. Liability

NCC carries comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed except where prohibited by law.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel within 14 days of booking (except emergency services). Cancellation fees may apply for work already commenced or materials purchased.
